📜 CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by [Your Company Name], located at [Company Address] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years or older at the time of entry

    Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, you must:

b) Post the video publicly on your [Instagram/TikTok/YouTube] account during the Contest Period
c) Tag [@YourCompanyHandle] in the caption or video and use the hashtag #[YourHashtag]

Only one entry per person is allowed. Private accounts or untagged entries will not be considered.

5. Prize

  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be permitted unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise.
